EAGLES ANNUAL USED BOOK & CURRICULUM SALE
Open to the Public!

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING

Reserve your table now before the spots fill up! 

This is a Used Book & Curriculum sale, we ask that you only register to sell used books, curriculum, or other homeschool resources. This is NOT a vendor's fair. 

• TABLES: Each spot is for one 6-foot long or shorter table. Please be sure to indicate how many tables you will be bringing as we are limited in space. 
  • You must bring your own table(s); we will have chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. 
  • No round tables
• ARRIVAL TIME: Sellers may arrive as early as 8am to set up and MUST be ready to go by 9am. Sellers may shop the sale before the doors open to the public. 
  • Pre-sale shopping is reserved for sellers only. You must have a table setup with books to sell before doing any pre-sale shopping.
• CLEANUP TIME: Please be prepared to stay until the end of the sale at 1pm.
  • Please cleanup immediately after the sale and take all of your belongings and any unsold items with you.
  • We do NOT have the space to store books and other resources that you no longer want, therefore we ask that you take whatever does not sell with you
  • We do encourage you to offer these items for FREE AT YOUR OWN TABLE.
• PAYMENT: You may accept any form of payent you desire, cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc...
• CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to come to the sale, we ask for 24-hours notice or in the case of an emergency please text or call 702-287-8373 ASAP 
  • No-call, no-shows will be placed on our waiting list for next year's sale. 
• CHILDREN: Are welcome, but must supervised at all times. Please do not allow your children to roam the church campus freely. 
• This event is open to the public, so please share with any friends and other homeschool groups who may be interested!
• Please only sign-up one person per registration with the number of tables needed. 

SCHEDULE:

8am - 9am: Sellers arrive and setup (sellers may shop before the sale opens to the public)
9am - 1pm: Sale open to the public
1pm - 1:30pm: Cleanup and leave
