Welcome to EAGLES Homeschool Group LV! We are so happy to have your family join us. Please complete the entire registration form.

Dues are:

PER FAMILY and cover many Eagles Events, website costs, insurance, background checks and more.
DO NOT cover Co-op Classes, PE, or any costs associated with field trips or activities at private venues.

Annual Dues Aug. 1 - July 31st	$125 per family
Volunteer Opt-out Fee (DOES NOT APPLY TO CO-OP CLASSES)	$125 per family
Weekly PE*	$10 per child, per semester
Graduation Ceremony; includes photographs*	$50 per student
Co-op Classes*	Price varies
Archery Team*	$250 per student $50 Bow Rental

*These are optional activities. You only have to pay these fees should your family participate in these activities.

If you are choosing to pay the Volunteer Opt-out fee, choose 1 for that option.

Any family that has not paid the Annual Dues and the Volunteer Opt-fee by the due date will be removed from the group.
Graduation, Co-op Class, & PE fees will be collected later in the year.

After completing this part of the registration you will be directed to the Member Registration Complete page where there a few more forms that MUST be completed before your registration is complete and your family is approved for membership.
