Welcome to EAGLES Homeschool Group LV! We are so happy to have your family join us. Please complete the entire registration form.

Dues are:

  • PER FAMILY and cover many Eagles Events, website costs, insurance, background checks and more.
  • DO NOT cover Co-op Classes, PE, or any costs associated with field trips or activities at private venues.
  • Are due
    • For Current Members: by July 31, 2025
    • For New Families: within ONE (1) week of membership approval.
    • If you need to make other arrangements email our Treasurer.
  • Non-refundable

Please complete the Background Check Information form  for each adult who has not been background checked by EAGLES in the last two years and will be volunteering in any capacity, hosting events in your home, or regularly attending EAGLES events where children will be present. 

After processing your registration, we will send you another email to complete the actual background check.  All families are required to sign a Family Release of Liability every year that they are members of Eagles Homeschool Group. Your registration will NOT be approved until this form is complete. 

ALL adults other than the mother & father must also complete a Adult Release of Liability every year.

If you are choosing to pay the Volunteer Opt-out fee, choose 1 for that option.

Any family that has not paid the Annual Dues and the Volunteer Opt-fee by the due date will be removed from the group.
Graduation, Co-op Class, & PE fees will be collected later in the year.

After completing this part of the registration you will be directed to the Member Registration Complete page where there a few more forms that MUST be completed before your registration is complete and your family is approved for membership.
