Dance Waiver and Code of Conduct
Complete one waiver for each child attending the Eagles 2025 Sock Hop Dance

Code of Conduct
EAGLES holds to standards that would be pleasing to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We represent EAGLES, the homeschool community, and ultimately Jesus Christ in all that we do. Dance Attendees are expected to:
- use positive and respectful language in all interactions with adults and other attendees
- show respect to adults by listening to them, and following any rules & guidelines that have been given
- refrain from physical assault, unwanted touching, name calling, bullying, or other harmful behavior
- not use tobacco products, vapes, alcohol, marijuana, marijuana products, or illegal drugs
- refrain from public displays of affection (i.e. kissing, excessive contact)
An attendee of the Eagles Fall Dance that violates these policies may be asked to leave and the parent will be called to pick up the attendee. |

Dress Code
Modesty and discretion are expected from everyone out of respect for our members’ different values in this area. |

Media Policy & Release
We agree to NOT post pictures or videos of other EAGLES members or children to my own social media or share with others outside of EAGLES without permission. We acknowledge that at EAGLES Homeschool Group LV (EAGLES) events our photographers take photos for our yearbook and parents often take photos and post them to the EAGLES private, members-only Facebook group. By being members of EAGLES I give permission for photos and/or videos of myself and my child(ren) named on the registration form to be taken and I give EAGLES permission to publish in our private Facebook group, print, yearbook, electronic, or video format the image or video of myself and my child(ren). I release all claims against EAGLES with respect to copyright ownership and publication including any claim for compensation related to the use of the materials. |

Liability Release
I, the undersigned parent and/or guardian of the named minor participants, do hereby release EAGLES Homeschool Group LV, its members, leaders, and instructors and Chandelier Banquet Hall and it's employees from any liability whatsoever arising out of any disease, injury; damage; or loss, which may be sustained by, said person(s), during the course of the Eagles 2025 Sock Hop Dance on October 9, 2025 held at Chandelier Banquet Hall and hosted by EAGLES Homeschool Group LV. |
