2026 Disney Senior Grad Nite Waiver and Code of Conduct

EAGLES holds to standards that would be pleasing to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We represent EAGLES, the homeschool community, and ultimately Jesus Christ in all that we do. 2026 Disney Grad Nite Attendees are expected to:

  • Show respect to Chaperones & adults by listening to them, and following any instructions that are given
  • Follow and respect ALL the Disneyland Resort Rules, Prohibited Items, Courtesy & Attire Policy, Animal Policy, and Company Rights
  • use positive and respectful language in all interactions with chaperones, other adults and other attendees
  • refrain from physical assault, unwanted touching, name calling, bullying, or other harmful behavior
  • not use tobacco products, vapes, alcohol, marijuana, marijuana products, or illegal drugs 

I understand certain rules will be in effect before, during, and after Grad Nite, as listed, and to which I acknowledge and agree. In the event of a violation of such rules or regulations, the participant may be denied participation in Grad Nite and/or will be required to exit the Disneyland Resort; and, in such event, I agree to be responsible for picking up the participant. No refund will be issued.

2026 Disney Grad Nite Liability Release

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By signature hereon, I or parent/guardian waives liability against and holds harmless EAGLES Homeschool Group, LV and its board members, staff, volunteers, agents; and further acknowledges that this voluntary activity and/or transportation to and from may expose the participant (named above) to potential harm including injury or death. If participant believes that an unsafe condition or circumstance exists with respect to activity(s), participant will discontinue participation and immediately notify a Chaperone. Participant shall not further participate until the unsafe circumstance is remedied.

By signing below: (1) I am giving up substantial actual or potential rights in order to allow myself or the participant to voluntarily participate in this activity(s); (2) I have signed this agreement with full appreciation and understanding of the risks inherent in the activity(s); (3) I have no question regarding the intent of this agreement; (4) I, as parent, guardian, or adult participant, have the right to bind myself, the participant and any other family member, representative, assign, heir, trustee or guardian to the terms of this agreement; and (5) I understand or my obligations hereunder or have explained this agreement to the student, who understands his/her obligations hereunder.

AUTHORIZATION FOR MEDICAL CARE

If it becomes necessary for myself or my child (named above) to have medical care while participating in this activity, I hereby give school personnel permission to use their judgment in obtaining medical care for me or my child, and I give permission to the physician selected by school personnel to render medical care deemed necessary and appropriate by the physician.
